Anthropomorphic Robots
Articulated 6-axis arms that replicate the structure and dexterity of the human arm. Maximum freedom of movement to reach any point in the work envelope, with any orientation.
What is an anthropomorphic robot
The anthropomorphic robot is the most widespread and versatile type of industrial robot. Its structure — base, shoulder, elbow and three-axis wrist — mimics that of the human arm and gives it six degrees of freedom.
Thanks to this kinematics it can reach every point of its working envelope with any tool orientation, making it ideal for tasks that require complex trajectories and great adaptability.
Why choose an anthropomorphic robot
Freedom of Movement
Six axes to reach any position and orientation in the work envelope. Perfect for complex geometries, undercuts and three-dimensional trajectories.
Payload and Reach
Extended range from 3 kg for light handling up to 250 kg for heavy handling, with reach up to 3.2 m to cover large work areas.
Precision and Speed
Repeatability down to ±0.03 mm and high-rate cycles for intensive production. Consistent quality part after part, 24 hours a day.
What an anthropomorphic robot can do
Arc Welding
MIG/MAG and TIG welding on complex geometries with access to every weld bead. Process continuity and repeatability impossible to achieve by hand.
Machine Tending
Loading and unloading of presses, CNC machines and machining centres. The robot feeds the machine without pauses, increasing equipment utilisation and productivity.
Heavy Palletising
Palletising with heavy loads and variable patterns. Extended reach to handle multiple lines and maximised stacking heights.
Painting & Coatings
Uniform application of paints, primers and coatings on three-dimensional surfaces. Smooth trajectories at constant speed for even finishes.
Deburring & Grinding
Deburring, grinding and finishing of castings and machined parts. Integrated force control to follow the profile while maintaining constant pressure.
Pick & Place
High-rate picking and placing, also with machine-vision guidance for bin picking of randomly arranged parts.
